As another summer wraps up, Clawson will be making the most of the final days of the season by hosting a community celebration later this month.
Now in its fourth year, Clawson Fest has become a popular event, and it will be set up on Main Street between Tacoma and 14 Mile. It will be held rain or shine.
The plans for the day are filled with fun, and at least five local bands will be supplying the live entertainment throughout the afternoon and evening. More than 20 food service providers will be in attendance, and guests can choose their favorites for lunch supper or just a snack. A pop-up artisan market is in the works, and it will provide an opportunity to get a head start on holiday shopping. The younger folks can head to the Kids Zone.
Festivals and fairs are popular activities during the summer and fall seasons. Poster printing services for an event like this will be available at a local Print shop, which will be able to offer products and services at a variety of price points.
The 2024 installment of Clawson Fest will celebrate what makes the community special on Saturday, August 24. Its website provides additional details, as well as a list of companies that have stepped forward to sponsor the occasion.
