As Clawson prepares for another Halloween season, parents are reminded to include a local activity on their agenda.
Roseland Park cemetery, which can be found at 29001 North Woodward Avenue in Berkley, has organized a Trunk or Treat for area families, and it will offer an evening of spooky fun. Kids can come dressed in their costumes, and the organizers are counting on their being lots of community engagement.
The activity will be set up at the site’s entrance near its main office, and anyone who would like to get involved is welcome to do so. Community members and businesses can decorate their car, truck or van with a Halloween theme, and once they have arrived at the venue and gotten set up, they will be able to help add to the festive spirit of the occasion by handing out small individually wrapped treats to the kids. A prize will be presented to the best decorated vehicle.
A trunk or treat or other public activity gives small businesses a fun way to engage with the public. A printer will be able to provide promotional Pens or other small custom Corporate Gifts such as stickers, lanyards or silicone bracelets.
This spooky but fun celebration of Halloween will begin at 6:00pm on October 29th. The festivities are scheduled to wrap up at 8:00 pm.
