A Clawson area school will soon be engaging in a fundraising event, and while the guests enjoy the festivities, they will be helping its students to reach their full potential.
The Brookfield Academy Education Foundation (BAEF) will be the host for the annual BAEF Spring Gala. The group is a 501(c)(3) registered charity, and the monies raised will be utilized by the school for infrastructure improvements and other projects.
The evening, which is for adults only, will give parents and the general public a chance to meet the educators and other staff at the school. Cocktails and dinner will be on the menu, and music will provide a relaxing atmosphere. Both live and silent auctions will take place, with many of the biddable items being Corporate Gifts supplied by the local business community for the occasion. Anyone who would like to go the extra mile can choose to purchase a “sponsor a teacher” option when they reserve their pass for the event.
Schools and other educational institutions often count on the support of the public to help meet funding gaps. A poster printing company can help to make sure everyone in a particular community knows about an upcoming event like this.
The fourth annual BAEF Spring Gala will see guests treated to a special affair on Friday, April 5. It will kick off at 6:30 pm.
