Supply chain company opens new facility in Saco

The newest logistics and service center for A. Duie Pyle recently opened in Saco.

Pyle provides supply chain solutions in the Northeast. Located on Industrial Park Road about 15 miles south of Portland, the logistics center is off Interstate 95 at the Interstate 195 interchange.

This new facility will enable the company to be closer to its customer base in Maine and northern New Hampshire, and will run customer and less-than-truckload shipping operations. The company expects that the new integrated logistics center will provide greater levels of service and more flexibility to its customers.

Companies such as this one can use brochure printing to inform its customers of such new facilities and the services being offered.

The logistics center sits in 38 acres of property and is 33,300 square feet in size. There are 40 dock doors and a shop with an area of 8,600 square feet, with three bays for washing trucks. The center will add approximately 20 jobs in the area.

COO of LTL Services at Pyle, John Luciani, expressed his excitement about the growth of the company and how much customers will benefit from the new integrated site. He added that the company’s main goal is to provide quality service to its customers and that opening new locations will offer them greater tools and resources.
