This is a new apartment building with 61 units by Saco River that may be of interest to those who work in Saco and are looking for a new home. This project is the last one to be completed that is part of a mixed-use development in the downtown Biddeford area.
The building is five stories tall and has 49 units with one bedroom, one with two bedrooms and a single studio. Features of the units are large windows with views of the river, open layouts, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and modern interiors with natural texture and materials as inspiration.
