A brand-new establishment, The Good Wine Bar, has opened for business in Saco.
Sunny Chung and wife Kim Lully are owners of this establishment, which exists in what was once the Unwind Cocktail Lounge. The Good Wine Bar is on Main Street.
Lully says they have been in the business for a long time and know what people like. Lully and Chung will include a varying wine selection, with nine products carefully curated, which they have garnered from their hospitality industry experience. There will also be draft beer, snacks, and four craft cocktails on the menu. Lully says that features of the bar include exposed brick and a tin ceiling, adding that there are many elements to the space that make it especially cozy.
Such new businesses can turn to flyer printing and other printing services to promote their opening in town.
Chung and Lully will be the only workers at the new establishment. They are excited to become familiar with their customers. They say the expect to run the establishment at a slightly slower pace compared their previous establishments, but wanted to run a place that might be easier and more fun than a full-service restaurant.
The Good Wine Bar will be open Wednesday through Saturday from 4:00pm to 9:00pm. There will be a happy hour every day.
