The Cottages at Pine Meadow in Saco are currently under construction and will be made available to those aged 55 and older who are looking for a luxury condominium community with unspoiled views throughout the year.
Located on two acres tucked away off U.S. Route 1, the Cottages are part of the historic working Leary Farm. Sandra Murray of Keller Williams Realty said that they are designed for four-season living, once all the units are completed. Brochure printing can be used to provide more details and information about such units and the community.
There will be 33 condominiums and 31 of them will be freestanding units. There will be one apartment above the clubhouse and one duplex unit. There are both one- and two-bedroom units and are for those looking to downsize or those who want a location along the Maine coast.
Sizes of the units are between 440 and 740 square feet. Luxury features of the units include an open-concept floor plan, cathedral ceilings, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is interior access to the basement and a front patio with full views to the surrounding tree lines.
The clubhouse will feature a private conference room, a function room, a fitness center, and a kitchenette. There will be an association fee of $100 to enable use of these facilities.
