Splashtown USA in Saco has unveiled a new amenity for parkgoers this summer. It now has cabanas that people can rent.
Each cabana is 12 feet by 10 feet and can accommodate eight people. The cabana has one circular fan for improving airflow, one small end table, two Adirondack chairs, two chaise longue chairs, two lockers (each of which is 35 inches high, 15 inches wide, and 13.5 inches deep), and a small refrigerator. The cabanas are in a fenced in and secure area near the water slide tower at Mt. Olympus. The cabanas are monitored by an attendant from the water park.
The rental for a cabana is $150 a day. A ticket to the water park or the Funtown Ride Park, or a combination ticket to both, is needed to rent a cabana.
The Funtown Ride Park features the only wooden roller coaster in Maine, as well as the tallest and longest log flume in New England. It offers family rides, thrill rides, and rides for kids.
Funtown is celebrating its 56th anniversary this year, and this is the sort of longevity that is often highlighted with professional, eye-catching banner printing.
