Downtown Annapolis is now on the verge of turning around to a more desirable place to live with the construction of West141. Built by The Bozzuto Group, this condominium building is the first new construction the area has seen in many years.
West141 uses the resources nearby as a draw for the many amenities it has to offer. Built in the heart of the Annapolis Arts district, those residing in the 23-unit building will be within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and businesses. Residents will reside on the upper floors with retail space on the ground floor.
Since new residents are coming to the area, businesses can work with Print shops to explore printing services and perhaps enhance their Logo Design to attract more customers. With nearly a third of the units already sold, The Bozzuto Group expects the remaining units to sell out quickly, creating foot traffic for the businesses nearby because of the convenience.
West141 has one- and two-bedroom units, with some of the one-bedroom apartments offering a den. Also available are a few penthouse suites. Secure parking will be provided to residents of the complex as well.
Now that the developers have a vested interest in the area, they are working with the city on another project that has not been made public yet. The group indicated that the design of the space will differ from West141, adding to the uniqueness of the area.
