Annapolis parents-to-be who can use a boost of confidence when it comes to the arrival of their new little one have been offered the opportunity to take a seat in an upcoming class.
The Mini Birth Class will be a condensed version of the typical three week prenatal series, and both future moms and their partner are encouraged to attend together. Tickets for the event are $30, and each covers the fee for two people.
The session will explore a variety of topics that may be of interest to an expectant mother. They will learn about the labor and delivery process, as well as induction and how, when, and where a Cesarean section may need to be used, and self-care tips will be provided as well. Comfort measures, warning Signs, and some of the pain medication that may be offered will be addressed, and there are other topics on the syllabus.
To further help the couples prepare, they will be able to take a mini tour of the venue’s maternity unit so they will know what to expect. Packets of pamphlets and other learning materials to hand out during an event can be prepared by a brochure printing company.
The tickets for the In Person Mini Birth Class are expected to sell out quickly, and they may be purchased through its event listing. It will be on offer on July 14 at 2001 Medical Parkway in Annapolis.
