Vendors who would like to learn about the Maryland Department of General Services Construction Services (DGS) initiatives are welcome to register now for an activity filled with potentially helpful information.
The Governor's Coordinating Offices Building in Crownsville will be the venue for an information session next month that will introduce the process of obtaining maintenance and other contracts with the state. It will be an early morning activity, and will open with registration and some light networking among those in attendance.
Once everyone has arrived and the session begins, the attendees will be welcomed and introduced to the resource partners and staff who are on hand for the occasion. This will be followed by even more networking, and the participants will be invited to meet DGS representatives. Government-issued ID is required to enter the building, and it is highly recommended that the registrants each bring along a stack of Business Cards.
As only a limited number of spaces are available in this event, advance registration is required. This can be completed online through Eventbrite, and its listing also contains additional information.
This opportunity for Annapolis vendors to hit the ground running when it comes to landing a government contract will begin at 8:30 am on Wednesday, June 14. The venue can be found at 100 Community Place in Crownsville.
