Annapolis fundraiser welcomes women
An Annapolis group that takes action against homelessness has announced a night out in the city, and the guestlist is for ladies only.
The Light House will be rolling out the welcome mat for an activity that will give women a chance to mix and mingle. All monies raised will be used to help fund the work undertaken at this homeless prevention support center, and both tickets and sponsorship packages are available.
The committee co-chair and members have put together an event they hope guests will look back on fondly. There will be music as well as light bites served, and everyone can choose a drink at the open bar. A variety of small businesses owned by women will be making an appearance, and raffle draws will add even more fun to the occasion.
Local companies that would like to help end homelessness in the area are encouraged to add their names to the list of sponsors. There are a variety of packages available, and other ways to lend a hand include contributing a prize for the raffle. A printer can prepare branded corporate gifts in kind for an activity, as well as promotional pens and other swag.
