For those who enjoy curling up with a book even in the digital world, an Annapolis event will offer the public lots of literature to choose from.
The Anne Arundel County Literacy Council (AACLC) is preparing for its annual Book Fair, which will take place in early autumn. This will be the second year for the activity, and the Annapolis Mall will be providing space for the activity.
The function will include both fiction and nonfiction titles in a variety of genres, and the Books will be gently used, but still in good shape. There will be choices for adults and kids alike, and hardcovers will be priced at $2 and softcovers $1. Credit cards, Checks, cash, and PayPal will all be accepted, and as well as the Books, attendees can purchase tickets for the basket raffle. The money raised will support local adult literacy programming.
One of the features of the event that may be especially attractive to readers is the fill-a-tote option. Those who would like to take advantage of the offer can fill a specially designed cloth bag with Books for $20. Poster printing services can be useful in promoting an event, and they may be sourced from a local printer.
The second annual AACLC Book Fair is set to take place on September 24. Everyone is encouraged to stop by and stock up on Books for the winter reading season.
