The Downtown Block Party originally took place back in 1999, and it has grown and improved ever since, becoming a labor of love by its volunteers and civic partners. Upper Main Street will be closed to vehicle traffic for the festivities.
The agenda for the occasion offers activities that may be enjoyed by just about anyone. The kids can head to the area with age-appropriate fun for them, and everyone can tap their toes to the music, check out the artists’, displays and support local small businesses in the vendor market.
