Chamber plans Fitchburg learning opportunity

A learning opportunity that will explore various ways that management can create a workplace which “works” for everyone will welcome members of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, and it will be held at its Fitchburg offices.

The business advocacy organization is running its Business Benefit Series, and it has an instalment set for the end of March. It will be facilitated by Shelia Crowley, and it will provide an insight into approaching employee conversations.

Sheila, the COO of TaraVista Behavioral Health Center, will share her expertise during the interactive workshop, and it will explore ways managers can build a strong and healthy corporate culture by both supporting the staff team and strengthening its performance. The agenda includes a variety of actionable tips that can also be friendly to a company’s bottom line, and the session will incorporate shared learning with input from the attendees and other discussions.

To maximize the benefits the activity provides, it is open to both Chamber members and non-members alike. Organizers often choose to have promotional Pens and pads prepared to hand out during a learning activity so the attendees can easily jot down any points they feel are especially important.

This instalment of the Business Benefit series will begin at 10:00 am sharp on March 31st. The chamber’s website includes a registration like as well as more information.
