Fitchburg area event to harness humor's healing ability
Humor can be healing, and the attendees at a Fitchburg area event may find themselves cheered while they help support veterans walking a tough road.
The organizers of the Stand-Up for 22 Comedy Show have put together a lineup of performers for the Stand-Up for 22 Comedy Show, and the charity of choice for the occasion will be the Minus 22 Foundation. This group addresses veteran's mental health, and there is an extensive dinner menu to choose from.
Whether they choose a general admission or VIP ticket, the participants will be treated to dinner before the show begins. Along with food and comedy, the ticket holders can try their luck in the raffle and even split draws, as well as purchase a drink at the cash bar. The VIP attendees will also enjoy front row seating, a swag bag of special corporate gifts, and champagne on the house.
Not-for-profit groups can help to fill holes in a community's social safety net, and these organizations can count on print shops to help meet their printing needs. They will have an assortment of options available at various price points, and can offer their clients assistance in choosing the products or services that are right for them.
This evening of goodwill in support of veterans’ mental health will start at 6:00pm on January 20th. The location is set to be held at 538 Clark Street in Gardner.
