What was once a set of 45 single-room occupancies in the former YMCA location on Cabot Street in Beverly is now 67 newly renovated full studio apartments.
News about such projects is often disseminated throughout a community with flyer printing.
The cost of the renovation was $22m and it was geared for residents on the North Shore, including those who have developmental disabilities or are facing homelessness.
