An in-person event will bring together healthcare professionals from Florence and further afield for a day of education, networking, and engagement with industry vendors.
Official on-site registration will begin at 7 AM; a breakfast feast will begin at 7:30 AM. The conference is open from 8 AM to 3 PM, including more than an hour and a half at some of the express lunch stations starting at noon. Participants of the Congress will have the chance to attend expert-led sessions and go over articles and publications related to respiratory health.
A vendor hall will be available from 10 AM to 2 PM, featuring multiple exhibitors showcasing products and services relevant to respiratory care. Attendees can also take part in Vendor Bingo for a chance to win prizes, with additional giveaways planned throughout the event. Promotional Products are sometimes used as giveaways or prizes.
To accommodate out-of-town guests, a special hotel rate has been arranged at the Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Airport, located at 3990 Olympic Boulevard in Erlanger, just minutes from the conference venue.
The St. Elizabeth Education and Training Center is designed to be accessible to individuals with disabilities, featuring step-free entry and designated handicap parking spaces. Attendees are encouraged to wear business casual attire for the event.
The Respiratory Care Department at St. Elizabeth Healthcare is set to host the 19th Annual Pulmonary Explorer Conference on May 22nd at the St. Elizabeth Education and Training Center in Erlanger near Florence.
