The Turfway Park Event Center in Florence will organize two viewing experiences for those interested in watching horse racing.
The 152 Oaks & Derby Watch Parties are two special programs where people can see horse races while enjoying a group meal and themed activities. The first watch party is a free experience that will feature a cash bar, large screen televisions, and concessions available for purchase. People can pay for a VIP lunch with menu items like braised chicken thighs, buttermilk mashed potatoes, and pickle pasta salad.
The other watch party for the Derby will have ticketed entry and will include activities such as a hat contest and taking pictures in a photobooth. There will also be a live band performing at the event. Those who participate in the VIP experiences for the Derby party will have a catered brunch and dinner with food items like rosewater shortbread cookies, fried breakfast potatoes, and pan-roasted chicken breasts.
The Oaks Watch Party will be on Friday, May 1st at noon. VIP tickets for the event are $40 per person. The Derby Watch Party will take place on Saturday, May 2nd at 10:00 am. General admission to the party is $15 per person, and VIP passes will cost guests $100. Event centers that hold seasonal viewing parties like this can advertise their programs by using poster printing services.
