Florence wedding bells ringing at Cincinnati Wedding Showcase

Florence couples ready to say “I do” will want to travel to Ohio and the Sharonville Convention Center for the Cincinnati Wedding Showcase.

The event features 30,000 square feet of exhibits from about 100 wedding professionals including venues, photographers, cake designers, caterers, fashion designers, florists, consultants and planners, and more.

The wedding show began back in 2004 by a Cincinnati formalwear business called Folchi's Tuxedos and Menswear. Owner Nancy Folchi says she started the wedding showcase after many couples came to her complaining that they were feeling overwhelmed by the wedding-planning experience.

Brides and grooms can check out the latest fashion trends in dresses and tuxedos at four fashions shows on Saturday at 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm, and Sunday at 2:00 pm.

January is the most popular month for wedding shows in North America. Vendors and those in the wedding industry can use Print shops for brochure printing and business card printing to have on hand in various wedding shows.

Tickets are $8 for a single day and $12 for a weekend pass, and there is free parking.

The Cincinnati Wedding Showcase takes place Saturday, January 11 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday, January 12, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Sharonville Convention Center, 11355 Chester Road in Cincinnati, Ohio, a 30-minute drive from Florence.
