Florence explores human side of work

There will be a seminar taking place in Florence this January called “It’s Okay to be Human! Proven Ways to Lead in Your HR Role.” The featured presenter will be Steve Brown.

This 90-minute workshop will delve into the current state of human resources (HR) within modern organizations and explore its potential trajectory. Key learning objectives will include:

• Embracing Authenticity: Discovering the safety and power of being true to oneself in the workplace, setting the tone for an honest culture throughout the organization
• Overcoming Inertia: Shifting from a state of stagnation to a proactive stance, thereby staying ahead in a fast-paced professional landscape

The cost to attend the event will be between $20 and $40. Brochure printing can be a great way for event organizers to provide take-home information to attendees.

The location of the event will be Mazak National Training Center, 7975 Foundation Drive, Florence. Taking place on Wednesday, January 10, it will start at 8:00 am and run until 9:30 am.
