Communication skills workshop to be held in Florence
A workshop titled 'The Art Of Effective Communication' will be held in Florence this December.
The session will teach its students how to improve their abilities in connection and communication through self-awareness. The teacher will utilize decades of experience, as well as the work of Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg.
Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg, Phd., was the founder of the international peacemaking organization Center For Nonviolent Communication. Throughout his life, he won multiple awards for his work and was a highly respected presenter. His most popular book, 'Nonviolent Communication: A Language Of Life' has sold millions of copies worldwide.
Dr. Rosenberg was also the developer of the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) process. This is a method that helps individuals communicate and connect in a way that benefits everyone involved in the conversation rather than creating conflict. It does this by teaching its students language awareness and how to understand their own and others' needs.
The teacher for this class will be Allyson Blythe. She is a social worker and certified life coach in Florence. She has more than 25 years of experience in the field and helps her clients to reach their greatest potential in life.
The class will be held at 7430 US Hwy 42 #217 Florence KY 41042 on December 7 from 3:00 to 5:30 pm. An informational brochure printing will likely be available to students in class.
