Chamber to host golf mixer

The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce has organized an exclusive, must-attend golf outing next month. Chamber members are invited to purchase their tickets in advance for this event, which is expected to sell out.

This year’s Annual Chamber Golf Outing and Clinic will combine the customary golf event hosted by the Chamber with their annual women’s initiative golf clinic. The new, blended golf outing will include features for everyone in attendance.

The event will incorporate breakfast, a morning game including 18 holes, followed by lunch. Attendees will be able to enjoy either a 9-hole or 18-hole game in the afternoon, with the day concluding with a social event, for all golfers at the 19th hole. Chamber members will be encouraged to network with one another, share Business Cards, enjoy a cocktail and some shopping before the event concludes.

The event will be sponsored by many local businesses, including APG Office Furnishings, Thomas More University, and the Ashlee Kennedy location of State Farm Insurance.

The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce has over 1,500 members throughout the area, including Florence, Fort Mitchell and Richwood. The group strives to build their member’s businesses, through networking and advocating for one another.

This year’s event will be held on Tuesday August 10th, from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM, at the Golf Courses of Kenton County, located at 3908 Richardson Road in Independence. Members may register in advance on the Chamber’s website, as an individual or as a group, with games starting at $100.00 per person. Should the golf course be closed due to rain, the event will be on Tuesday August 24th.
