Overland Park to host annual county chamber gala
The Northeast Johnson County Chamber of Commerce (NEJC) offers its membership support, advocacy, and a chance to connect, and it has a signature event on deck for next month.
The organization will be showcasing the area's corporate community when it hosts its annual Gala, which promises to be a sumptuous affair. It will be held this year at Marriott Kansas City Overland Park, and the event is black tie optional.
The function is expected to have a guestlist that includes at least 350 businesses and organizations, and it will pay homage to a selection of area business and not-for-profit leaders. The monies raised through ticket sales and sponsorships will be used in the local area, and an auction is on the agenda, along with the cocktail mixer and dinner. The organizers have thanked its presenting sponsor, which is Cross Law Firm, LLC.
To help make the occasion even more special, a set number of tickets for the private VIP Lounge reception are available. A company that prepares corporate gifts will be able to craft glasses and other items printed with an organization's logo design to use as swag for any event like this.
