A Schererville event taking place in a few weeks is giving guests a tasty and creative outlet with a holiday focus.
Donut Decorating, hosted by staff at Stan’s Donuts, will allow kids to decorate several donuts with sprinkles and frosting. These toppings will be colored green and red to fit in with the Christmas theme. Everyone will be able to create uniquely decorated donuts, which they will be allowed to take home and enjoy. Guests are also provided with samples of some of the shop’s treats, including a cup of its hot chocolate.
Santa Claus will be joining everyone for the experience too. Attendees are encouraged to bring along their cameras so they can grab a photo with Santa as a memento.
Tickets are available for purchase through Eventbrite, priced at $28.52 per child, with one adult admitted free per child. The shop is also offering kits to take home, costing $23.18 with fees. This includes four donuts, the colored sprinkles and glazes, and the shop sample snacks.
The upcoming event will be held at the city’s Stan’s Donuts franchise, which is at 1020 U.S. 41 in Schererville. Flyer printing is a common promotion technique for many experiences run by local businesses like this one.
The festive activity will take place from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm on Sunday, December 7.
