Morton Grove to savor candlelight wine dinner
To combat the frigidness of winter, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Morton Grove will host the Cozy Bites by Candlelight Dinner this January for its wine club members.

The Cozy Bites by Candlelight will highlight comfort as its key theme, with the dinner offerings encompassing warm, hearty dishes like Shepherd’s Pie and Hot Chocolate Cremeux. The dinner will begin with a glass of refreshing Winter White wine followed by toasted sourdough with baked goat cheese and butternut squash preserves and winter vegetable minestrone, paired with Hygge Cabernet. The Braised Beef Shepherd’s Pie with caramelized carrots, roasted garlic-cauliflower mash, and brussels sprouts will be paired with Cooper's Hawk Exclusive January wine Vin Noir. The Hot Chocolate Cremeux will be paired with the Vin Chocolat Noir.
