Woodstock Opera House to host tribute to stars
The Woodstock Operate House in McHenry has announced that it will be hosting a tribute to Elton John and Cher.
Billed as “Two Divas & A Piano,” the performance will see Gene Sironen and Heidi Thompson, a husband-and-wife duo, star as Elton John and Cher respectively. As noted on the concert website, both performers have been singing in the guise of these two music icons for years. The concert also promises performances of the biggest hits of both performers, including classics like “Crocodile Rock” and “If I Could Turn Back Time.” The concert will also give attendees the chance to see duets from the pair, who have been performing together for over 25 years.
Anyone interested in purchasing tickets can do so at the Woodstock Opera House website. The concert website also notes that the tickets can be gifted for holiday or corporate gifts. Tickets can be printed at home or left in the will-call section, thus giving attendees the maximum flexibility to receive the tickets in a manner that best suits them.
Tickets range from $35 to $40. The concert venue also notes that masks are required for anyone attending the event and must be kept on for the entire performance. Full vaccination and proof of immunization are required for entry.
The concert will take place on February 11, at 7:00 pm.
