The all-age friendly Lakemoor Fest will be taking place next month for three days.
This festival is likely to have something that will appeal to everyone in the family. There will be live entertainment, carnival rides, and a beer garden to keep adults entertained.
For the kids, there is a treasure hunt that will be held on the last day in which there are two categories of competition: children from age 3 to 6, and for those from ages 7 through 10. There is also a fishing derby that is only for those aged 15 and under.
For the adults, there is a horseshoe tournament, a beanbag tournament, a tug of war and a beanbag toss. All of these events have a registration fee. All in all, there will be a number of events focusing on physical ability.
The main draw of this festival is expected to be the Saturday night fireworks display over Lily Lake.
