Stade’s Farm will hold its 7th Annual Arts and Crafts show next month. Locals from McHenry are welcome to attend the event.
Stade’s Farm is located on the northern outskirts of McHenry and was founded in 1977 by Vern Stade. Since 2006, Stade has shifted towards a greater focus on agritourism. He has now made his farm a public attraction by offering a farmers market and other family-friendly entertainment.
The upcoming arts and crafts show is one of Stade’s many public events throughout the year. The show will feature over 50 artists and crafts vendors, with each providing different kinds of handmade goods for purchase. Visitors can take this chance to find local goods while also helping small businesses from the local area. Some items visitors can expect include jewelry, paintings, soaps, knitted goods, and toys.
The farm is also looking for vendors for the show. Anyone interested in selling their goods can sign up online at the event’s official website. For events like these, banner printing can be useful for promoting goods.
The show will take place on September 25th and 26th, and both days will start at 10:00 AM and end in the late afternoon. Stade’s Farm is located at 3709 Miller Road. Anyone with more questions can contact the farm at stadeesfarmmarket@gmail.com or call 815-675-6396.
