Families looking for a memorable and creative way to celebrate Mother’s Day will want to make a note in their Journals, as a painting event is coming to town.
The Painting Party! Create a Mother’s Day Masterpiece gathering will begin welcoming interested parties next month for the opportunity to paint a spring or summer-themed canvas to share with friends and family. The event will ensure that all guests have the environment to get creative and discover a new interest or passion for painting.
Mothers, daughters, granddaughters, aunts, and other family members are invited to join in the festivities. The event is being organized by Alicia Londos, a local artist with years of experience painting, writing, and working as an instructor. Participants will enjoy an immersive and hands-on learning experience during the workshop. Printing services are a fantastic resource for making Copies of the finished paintings to share with loved ones and family after the event.
The paintings will be spring or summer themed, and guests can choose between painting one canvas or two wine glasses. All painting supplies will be provided, and students are welcome to bring food and beverages from home.
The painting session will be held at 10016 Bull Valley Road in neighboring Woodstock on Saturday, May 10, starting at 3:00 PM. Tickets can be reserved online for $35 per participant.
