McHenry residents can celebrate Halloween while supporting a good cause.
A Heart for Animals is hosting its 3rd Annual Howl-o-ween Bash fundraiser. The event will focus on finding homes for rescue animals. For a chance to win a cash prize, attendees can enter the costume contest.
Individuals can also enjoy a photo booth, games, raffles, dancing, and a few surprises. In addition, there will be a silent auction featuring signed memorabilia from professional sports teams, a variety of gift baskets, spa packages, purses, and hotel visits.
Tickets cost $45 or $55 on the day of the event, while kids ages 12 and under cost $40. Tickets can be purchased on the Heart for Animals' website or through the mail. Admission includes access to the open bar for an hour, along with the appetizer buffet, which will be open all night. There will also be a dessert table.
All of the event’s proceeds will go to help A Heart for Animals, a nonprofit organization dedicated to finding lifetime homes for its animals.
Sponsorship opportunities are still available. Since sponsors are often included on promotional materials, a Print company has probably been busy creating these items.
