Kiln has now been opened in Meridian at the new Eagle View Landing campus at the intersection of Eagle Road and Interstate-84.
Kiln is a co-working community of unique office space that focuses on health and wellness, and a blend of work and lifestyle featuring such modern amenities as private fitness studios, massage chairs, theaters, and refresh rooms.
The theater can hold more than 75 people and hosts programs in wellness, entrepreneurship, and technology. The brand has spaces in Colorado and Utah, and the location in Meridian also features a café with food and beverage service all day, a barbershop, treadmill desks, cycling, and recording studios for podcasts and videos.
The project was developed by Ball Ventures Ahlquist (BVA), a commercial real estate company based in Idaho. BVA has been working on the development since last year.
Kiln offers flexible office spaces that can accommodate two employees up to teams of 50 people. Using brochure printing, such brands often like to highlight their unique offerings that enable them to stand out from other brands. Kiln says that its spaces offer many square feet for communal activities that are focused on the social, emotional, and physical wellness of those using the spaces. The brand emphasizes that its amenities and meeting rooms have been developed so that people can communicate and collaborate effectively with one another.
