A residential community of single family homes and townhouses is being proposed for southwest Meridian.
Providence Properties is looking to build this project, to be known as Tessera Ranch, at the intersection of Amity and Linder Roads on a parcel of land that spans 123 acres. This site was chosen by Providence Properties as it is at the intersection of two major roads in that part of the city and is close to schools, services provided by the city, and other major roadways. Banner printing can be used at such sites to inform residents of such upcoming potential projects.
The project will have 518 lots of 75 townhouses and 393 single family homes. The homes will have plans that include both one and two stories and range in size from 1,070 to 1,880 square feet.
The townhouses will be smaller and will be designed for those who prefer more shared space with their neighbors and require less upkeep of their yards. Another option would be to have alley homes where the garage is in the back. These would range in size from 1,734 to 2,028 square feet and have shared green spaces in the front yards.
Other features of the project will include pathways for recreation and walking as well as a park with a playground, a dog park, pickleball courts, and a pool.
