A new apartment complex with office space built-in could be coming to Meridian.
This would be the third phase of the Ten Mile Creek Apartments, developed by Brighton Corporation. It will consist of 238 units ranging in size from 526 to 1,036 square feet, and will include 74 units with two bedrooms, 12 with one bedroom, and 42 studios, and units for living and working.
These apartment units will have space dedicated for those working from home. There are two different live-work floor plans—one has two bedrooms while the other is smaller with one bedroom. Both are two stories in height.
Among the amenities to be offered will be a clubhouse spanning 7,649 square feet with a fitness center, a conference room, a station for grooming pets, and an entertainment area. There will also be a year-round spa, pool, and hallways that will be climate-controlled. Parking will include a total of 379 spaces including electric vehicle charging stations, a garage, and street parking. Brochure printing is often used to provide more details about such units and their amenities.
The project is expected to have a new urban design that will emphasize internal open spaces. The regional pathway system of Tenmile Creek will also be easily accessible. The project still needs to be presented to Meridian Planning and Zoning for a hearing.
