The city of Meridian has been asked by Trilogy Development to build the Foxcroft Subdivision that would provide more homes and apartments to the area of Pine Avenue. There would be 76 single family homes and 216 apartments along with other improvements in the area.
The apartments would be north of Pine Avenue and have 54 one-bedroom units and 162 two-bedroom units. There would be 429 parking spaces and amenities to include a fitness center, a clubhouse with community rooms, and a swimming pool. Single family homes will be west of the apartments and south of Pine Avenue. The styles of the homes will vary with some having garages in the front of the home and others with garages in the back. Such projects and their features are often highlighted by developers with brochure printing.
In addition, Pine Avenue, which now has a dead end on either side of the proposed subdivision, would be completed at Ash Pine Way and at Ten Mile Road. It will also add an east-west link in the city from Block Cat Road into Boise.
A new bridge that has long be needed over Ten Mile Creek. Pine Avenue will also be completed. There will be a mid-mile connector between Block Cat Road and Ten Mile Road and connect to a path that is being proposed under the railroad tracks in Meridian.
