Local Print shops may be hired to create Flyers and other materials with more information about such homes.

Amenities will include 11.6 acres of open space. There will also be two central park area for both the regular residential and the age-restricted areas. Each will have a clubhouse, seating areas, and a pool. A pickleball court will be in the age-restricted area. There will also be pedestrian walkways throughout the subdivision for easy access to the amenities and interconnectivity.

There will be two phases for the construction of the community. The first phase will include all age-restricted homes, some of the single-family homes, and the park area for the age-restricted homes. The rest of the single-family homes will be competed in the second phase, with the entire project expected to be completed in 2024.

The Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission will review the application at its meeting on Thursday, November 18.
