Approval is being sought by J-U-B Engineers to build 17 townhomes with built-in home offices in Meridian.
These would be live/work units that are vertically integrated in the Verona Subdivision. There would be three bedrooms in each unit, an office area on the ground floor, a private patio on the lower level, and an attached two-car garage. Additional parking spaces will be made available for visitors. J-U-B Engineers said that the units would have the design of a modern farmhouse and will blend in with the surrounding neighborhood. The project would also include an office building in the northwest corner of the property. Such developers often turn to brochure printing to provide more details about such projects and their features and amenities.
