Astro Gallery of Gems based in New York City will be opening another store in Meridian.
The store, which will span 4,000 square feet, will be in the Village at Meridian. Dennis Tanjeloff, owner of the store, says it will have some of the best examples of fossils and minerals that can be looked at, felt, and touched. Also featured at the store will be metaphysical items, meteorites, and items for interior design, among others.
He added that it will rival any museum from Los Angeles to Boise, yet will enable shoppers to buy these items and take them home. Astro Gallery is one of the top stores in the world that offers museum specimens that can be purchased for investment. Tanjeloff said there will be an interactive area for kids in the store. Kids will be able to open the geodes and other explore other items and be able to experiment with natural history.
Promotional Products can be distributed throughout town to publicize a store’s opening in a new part of town and what differentiates it from other stores.
Tanjeloff decided to open a store in Meridian as his wife is from Boise and he became captivated by the Village at Meridian about a year ago on a visit. He plans to open the store by the end of the summer.
