A Tesla dealership will be coming to Meridian in 2024.
Brad Miller, managing director of Adler Industrial, an industrial real estate development and management company based in Boise, said the site will be on W. Franklin Road. Banner printing is often used at such sites to inform the community of developments like this.
Tesla is currently in an industrial building on Beverly Street in Boise. This building is both a service center and a retail establishment. The new location will be one where Tesla plans to be in a venue that is more like a traditional dealership, The new location spans just over 41,000 square feet and will have a service center, a showroom, and even superchargers for vehicles.
Miller expressed his excitement on the part of his team to be working on this project. He said that it is easy to work with Tesla and that it is a privilege for Adler to be involved in this project. The architect for the project is ADP Architects. The completed building will be leased from Adler by Tesla.
Many well-known business chains have been attracted to Meridian in recent months. In-N-Out burger recently opened, and Top Golf opened close to the end of last year.
Adler has already broken ground on the new facility, and expects that the building will be completed by the end of the summer.
