A co-working and lifestyle-focused space will be coming to Eagle View Landing in Meridian.
Kiln has locations in Colorado and Utah and will occupy 50,000 square feet of space on the top two floors of the mixed-use development along Eagle Road and Interstate 84.
Arian Lewis, CEO of Kiln, said that the company provides spaces that are rich in amenities and are different to traditional coworking and shared office spaces. Lewis added that Kiln is a boutique brand designed to enable those who use its spaces to perform at their highest levels. Consequently, much of the space is allocated to communal amenities who cater to the emotional, social, and physical wellness of its members.
At the location in Meridian there will be a fitness studio, massage chair and refresh rooms, treadmill desks, and cycling. Beverages and food will be offered daily. There will also be a theater, podcast, and video studio, and a barbershop, among other amenities. Such innovative concepts offer turn to brochure printing to provide more information about their amenities.
Kiln offers areas for teams of up to 50 people as well as for individuals. There will be space for up to 600 people with membership costs beginning at $245 a month.
Kiln will share parking with Topgolf is expected to open next month.
