The Veterans Center is set to host an engaging and informative Homebuyer educational Brunch next month.
This event’s primary goal is to demystify the home-buying process, and will be of particular interest to first-time homebuyers. Attendees can look forward to an enlightening and educational experience during the event, complete with great presentations by revered industry professionals.
Three of the featured presenters include Leroy Thomas from Top Priority Home Inspections, a representative of Spidell Mortgage, Raphael Barker from the Raphael Barker Agency, and Crystel Hamid from the Hamid Agency.
The attendees will leave with comprehensive insights into the home-buying process, with presenters tackling topics such as how to budget for the purchase, how much down payment might be needed for their purchase, and how to get the best mortgage. There will also be discussions on how to get down payment assistance of up to $50,000, as well as practical advice for buyers looking into purchasing new construction townhouses with minimal upfront costs.
Participants will also get an opportunity to engage with the experts, ask pertinent questions, swap Business Cards, and network with fellow buyers in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The event is set for May 18th from 11am to 2pm, and is being sponsored by both the Hamid Agency and the Veterans Center, while the brunch is generously hosted by IHOP Fayetteville.
