Fayetteville residents who enjoy a brisk walk or run can look forward to the return of a favorite annual fundraiser.
The 2nd Annual 5K Holiday Hustle is coming to the Town at Trilith. The race is open to everyone, including all ages and fitness levels. The pre-registration fee is $40 through November 13. Pre-registrants after that date will pay an increased fee of $45, while the fee on race day will be $50. A Family 4-Pack discount of $5 per ticket is available for groups of four or more. Participants should note that only those registering before November 14 will obtain a free T-shirt on race day. Banner printing and poster printing provide useful signage for public events.
Runners and walkers are encouraged to dress in holiday attire if they wish. After the race, attendees can peruse vendor offerings at the Health and Wellness Vendor Market. Music and family-friendly activities will be available as well.
The event provides financial support for Piedmont Cancer Wellness, Georgia’s largest private employer, providing services for over 4.5 million patients annually in over 2,171 physical locations. The organization was recognized by Forbes in 2022 as one of the Best Large Employers in the US, and the company provided over $607m in community economic impact in 2024.
The event will be held on Saturday, December 13 at the Town in Trilith, beginning at 8:30 AM.
