Fayetteville organizes memorial event

Similar to countless other cities across the nation, Fayetteville will soon be coming together to remember the lives lost on September 11th, 2001.

This event is open to everyone, and it will offer a number of on-site attractions.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. While a great deal of time may have passed, many Fayetteville residents will have vivid memories of one of the greatest tragedies to ever befall the United States, which is why memorials of this kind will be arranged in towns and cities all over the country.

This year's remembrance will be punctuated by a handful of activities. These include a series of guest speakers, appearances by local law enforcement professionals, live musical performances, and the presence of two floodlights aimed upwards as a tribute to the fallen Twin Towers.

Events associated with historical overtones will often fall back on traditional marketing strategies that have already proven their merit in the past. For example, organizers may elect to use banner printing services to display the time and date. Other effective alternatives include distributing patriotic Flyers, managing social media pages, and handing out pamphlets.

This event will be held on Friday, September 11th from 6 PM to 7:30 PM. All activities are being hosted by City Center Park located at 210 Stonewall Avenue West. There is no entrance fee, and everyone is welcome to attend.
