Real estate education to be held in Fayetteville

A real estate continuing education course is to be held in Fayetteville this October.

The topic of the event will be Matrix Basics. It targets those who are new agents, brokers or broker admins, and whose responsibilities include transaction with clients. The major topics that the course explores will include employing different techniques to perform basic property searches, to edit, add, or delete contacts, setting up automatic searches, and save, recall, or delete searches. The class aims to help student to aptly use the resource to improve their efficiency and service.

The course is one day and lasts for three hours. It offers three CE credits to those who are successfully able to complete the course. Students must be on-time and stay for the entire course to receive credits. All agents are welcome regardless of affiliation. Breakfast amenities will be available courtesy of the event’s sponsor.
