The pizzeria will be the place to catch a Newnan, Georgia-based group, The Band O.N.E. Since 1998, the dance band has been playing at special events. The five-member group tailors its concerts to provide the type of music their hosts request.
Reviews of the band are raves. One company has used them twice to play for a 300-person employee event:
“. . . each time they are just amazing. . . . They do such a good job with their song selection, and even take the time to get our feedback.”
The concert venue is the brainchild of ex-submariner Jim Royal, After leaving the Navy, he wanted to try something different, and found inspiration in Peachtree City due to a lack of choices. Jim and his brother wanted to grab lunch, but found few restaurants available, so they decided to open one. They acquired space in the Aberdeen Village Shopping Center, opening a small storefront with 45 seats, and ten original toppings for pizza. Today, there are six locations in the chain.
At this time, the band is scheduled to appear from 4.00 pm until 7.00 pm on June 5, at Partners II Pizza on Glynn Street South. People who want to see the band should check with the venue in case they make any changes. Flyer printing can be used to create advertising for this type of event.
