Finding Satisfaction in Fayetteville

A group that pays tribute to the outfit many consider the best rock band in history is coming to Fayetteville.

Satisfaction/The International Rolling Stones Show has been paying tribute to the Rolling Stones for almost 20 years, and have more than 4,000 performances to their credit. They have a number of milestones to their credit.

In 2007, CBS News in New York featured Satisfaction in its special about the increasing popularity of tribute bands. The group presents various shows with different themes, and in 2014, introduced “Gimme Abbey,” a multi-media presentation that takes audiences back to 1969, and puts the Rolling Stones together with The Beatles in a concert everyone wishes had taken place.

In 2016, Abbey Road and Satisfaction got together to create a new production, “Beatles vs. Stones-A Musical Showdown,” that went on tour. This production features both bands, and follows them from 1964 onward.

Their song list is extensive, and includes standards such as “Start Me Up,” “Gimme Shelter,” and of course, the definitive Stones song, “(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction.” Critics have praised the group, calling it:

"One of the best tribute shows in the world"

Satisfaction/The International Rolling Stones Show will be at the Southern Ground Amphitheater on August 29, from 8.00 pm until 11.00 pm. Brochure printing can be used to provide informative programs for concerts of this type.
