Fayetteville to welcome conservation fundraising gala

A Georgia-based conservation organization recently announced that it will be hosting its signature fundraiser this fall, and tickets for the occasion are now on offer.

This year will mark the 4th anniversary of the Celebration of Conservation gala and benefit, and it will be hosted at The Dottie at Triumph Station in Fayetteville. It is a production of the Southern Conservation Trust and will support a variety of environmental initiatives.

The plans for the evening will include a silent auction of items and experiences that have been donated by the area’s corporate community, and a raffle will also take place.. Many of the prizes will be outdoor themed, and the monies raised will support projects such as the Fayette Environmental Education Center. The suggested attire is evening cocktail, and those who purchase a ticket will be able to mix and mingle with others who care about sustainability and the environment.

Businesses and individuals that would like to get involved in the activity are encouraged to make a monetary donation or contribute a gift in kind. Their generosity will be acknowledged in a variety of ways, including having the company’s Logo Design included in the function's promotional materials.

The Celebration of Conservation fundraising gala will begin at 6:00 pm on September 17. A virtual option will soon be online for anyone who would like to bid on the auction items in advance.
