Fayetteville takes course in real estate

A seminar on the essentials of real estate licensure is to be held in Fayetteville.

The License Laws for Agents and Brokers seminar comes as a part of a group of state-required accreditation for real estate agents who wish to renew their licenses. The course offers attendees the opportunity to qualify for three hours of continuing education (CE) credit. To qualify, attendees must be on time, and stay for the entirety of the session.

The topics for the session will include license transfer requirements for those switching firms, prohibited unfair trade practices, management of real estate firms, and advertising. The course will be conducted by Ming Richardson, a member of Maximum One Realty Partners.

Those in attendance can look forward to an informative day. There will also be breakfast provided by the event’s sponsors. This course is an initiative by the Georgia Real Estate Academy, which works alongside the Maximum One Realty firm to offer monthly educational events similar on a similar scope to this one.

The course is free for all to attend, although it requires registration. This may be completed online on the Eventbrite listing. Logo Design can be useful when establishing a brand at events like this.

This event takes place on February 23 at the Maximum One Realty Partners at 133 Banks Station, Fayetteville. It begins at 9:30 am.
