There will be a realtor education class held in Fayetteville next month.
The event comes as number five in a series of six free classes being held for female realtors in the area. The title of this session is Home Staging. The topic focuses on the setup of the house to optimize buyer visualization and increase the chances of closing a sale. This particular skillset can be a great asset when seeking new clients. The class will cover tips about the organization, what to repair or leave as it is, and the steps to preparing a house for showing.
The class will be led by Alan Richardson. Lunch and giveaways will also be available courtesy of the event's sponsors. The educational series comes as an initiative of the Women's Council of Realtors Fayette County Network. The course fulfills 3 hours of continuing education (CE) accreditation, as is a requirement of the General Real Estate Corporation. Though the event is free for those who are members of the Network, non-members will need to pay an entry fee of $20.
