Chamber staff has already started to fill its packing Boxes for the move, which will see it transfer operations from the historic Fayette County Courthouse to the new Waterfall development in Fayetteville.
Talking about the move, the Communications Manager for the Chamber said:
“[The move will] give us a lot more office space and room to grow”
The new site, located at the corner of Ga. Highway 54 and Grady Avenue, will also offer better access for the community.
Connie Sewall went on to say the move had been a long time in the making, when the Chamber was invited to use the property:
“When we got together to look at it we decided it was a win-win for both parties.”
One of the major benefits to the new premises is the large on-site community room. The perfect space for like-minded professionals and entrepreneurs to swap Business Cards, printing runs are likely to be ramped up any time soon, probably with the assistance of local Print companies.
There will also be a new cafe area, which will offer another great space for meetings and the sharing of ideas.
Extolling how excited the Chamber was about the move, its President and CEO, Virginia Gibbs, said:
